Costs & Dates

Tuition:
The Tuition for each program includes:

• Transportation from Paris to the Camp supervised by our Team.
• 2 Nights Hotel accommodation in Paris (if necessary depending on camp session) supervised by VSF’s team
• Supervision of the children and assistance at the airport and in Paris
• Full Camp Session including use of all camp equipment, participation in all camp programs and field trips, lodging, full board and laundry.
• Full Medical Insurance coverage.
• Supervision and Support from the VSF Team during the entire session.

Everything necessary for each participant to have A Great Camp Experience !

Transportation:
Our Staff welcomes campers arriving from around the world exclusively at the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. Transfers to the camps are made by Coach (buses) and TGV train, supervised by our camp Staff.

For all camps except Le Château and Le Moulin Bleu:
Flight Arrivals: Campers should all arrive one day earlier in Paris a
(afternoon arrival if possible)
Flights Departures: Return flights should depart one day later ( morning departure if possible)

Upon arrival VSF’s Team welcome campers at the airport to transfer them to the Hotel. Dinner is planned at the hotel or nearby (same for the return). Departure to camps are early morning the next day.

Example:
For Camp LA CITE DES TEMPLIERS July 16 – July 25
Arrival Flight in Paris must be July 15th / Departure Flight must be July 26th

*For Campers attending Le Château or Le Moulin Bleu: flights must arrive at CDG airport on July 9th in the afternoon and for the return fly out of CDG on July 31st early afternoon. Departure to the camp is in the evening therefore campers do not have to stay overnight at the hotel in Paris (same for te return).
